I have a new apple mac (bought in 2011) and our internet is plusnet. Our plusnet internet is working fine on my sisters laptop and the home computer but I'm the only one with a mac and I can't get any internet. I've looked online and a lot of people talk about apple network drop-out?? I'm sure I have the same thing with my macbook pro.
They say we need to change channels or do something with the netport but I don't understand how too. Simple up to date instuctions, please?
