i am planning to get rid of my bt home hub 2 and replace it with a apple airport extreme base station. at the moment, i do not have a modem. the bt home hub is connected to a filter which is connected to the bt connection port to get internet. do i need one for the change? is there a modem inside the bt home hub, is there a modem in the apple airport extreme?
