just bought a mac mini with software 10.7.2 lion

i tried using it @ my home. at first it wont connect, then connected but slow, then it works fast already.

sadly at my office. it does connect but it does connect until ISP. it cannot connect to network and server.

Relative infos:
1. All other computer can connect with the router including 2 macbook and 1 iphone
2. the router name at my office is the same at my home which is "dlink"

HELP!

here are the ff. things I did already:
1. restart router
2. add a new network locaiton and renew DHCP
3. ping thing
4. add DNS


i tried everythings any hopes or other option that I could try?

I don't know what to do.. my mac mini would be useless with out internet
