computer.? I just got an Apple iMac. I was disapointed that I could not record LIVE streaming music (i.e from spotify, or internet radio) or any other source except from the internal mic or line in, or sounds created in garageband. I checked with apple techs and was told this was correct. I've downloaded and tried a few freeware recorders for mac but they only show in the recording source "internal mic" or "line in". None of them showed the sound card!!.. Windows compys have their own built in recorders and also work well with any freeware recorders I have tried, so I feel apple might not be quite as good as I was told. Does anyone in the community who may have an apple compy have any ideas. Many thanks for your help.
