My dad's iMac won't read ANY CD or disc! What can we do?
First, it was just blank discs. My dad had the Maxell brand, but they stopped working. Then he got the Verbatim brand but those didn't work from the start. Now, were trying to install a linksys router on the computer, and the Mac won't read the installation disc! It just spits it back out a few seconds after I put it in. And yes, it IS compatible with Mac OS X. We have version 10.6.1, and it says on the box that it runs on Mac OS X or higher.
