Default Is there a rubber case for the MacBook Pro range?

I'm looking for a case for a MacBook Pro 15" (unibody).
I've heard the following two bits of information:
• The InvisibleSHIELD-type cases do not allow the aluminium case to conduct the heat away from the computer as well, as the InvisibleSHIELD covers the device in a plastic film.
• The hard cases can actually cause scratches to the MacBook Pro. I've witnessed this myself on a mobile phone (Sony Ericsson Xperia) where the hard case actually wore away at the edges of the phone a little.

I imagine that a rubber type case wouldn't necessarily restrict the heat from escaping like the InvisibleSHIELD might, and that it would be impossible to scratch the MacBook Pro?

Failing that, is there a suitable case that doesn't have these problems out there?

Thanks
