Connecting Macbook pro to internet Via ethernet?
So im at work pulling graveyard. i have been PC all my life and got a Mac today. we have our own server at work with no Wifi. so all our comps are hard lined. So i unplug the ethernet cable from the back of one comp and plug it into my mac book...no internet. Have gone into system preferences, network and played with that but to no avail. Any help or suggestions...i thought macs were user friendly :P but seriously helppppp
