Ok so I'm thinking about getting a macbook, but my only concern is that Apple has to do everything on their own. Will the Macbook do everything a Dell computer can do? Or does it have to run all of Apple's apps, music, etc? Will the macbook run stuff like Media player and Microsoft word?
