After turning on the computer, the Mac will freeze on the white screen with the apple on it. I've tried all of the special keys and combos but no luck. I've also tried to install Snow Leopard 10.6 but it will not budge from that white screen. Also, the little multicolored wheel that indicates it's processing doesn't appear.
How can I unfreeze my Macbook Pro?
