Default How do you "Print Screen" on a MacBook Pro? Trying to copy an image from a video...

...clip...? i want to copy/save a still image in a Youtube video to a jpeg file. But since i am not on an actual computer (i'm on a Mac laptop), i can't find "Print Screen" option other PC keyboards have. Any suggestions on how to quickly do this?

And do i have to import into iMovie, just to capture the still image to save it as a jpeg?? Thanks!
