sometimes when im playing games on facebook, i get a invalid URL and this "Reference #9.c7cc8f18.1296175157.5f5a769e" how do i fix this other than shutting down my computer or opening a new safari?

also, sometimes when i use a different wifi like at my school it always says it has a self assigned IP address and can not connect to the internet. and then if i mess around with the network preferences it will work a few hours later. is there a quicker fix??
