i just swtiched from a pc to a mac, and at the apple store they transferred everything from my pc to my mac. i went on today for the first time since i switched, and everything is there (sims, hairstyles, lots, clothes, etc.) but all of my sims are bald. i went to change my sims hair styles to see if i maybe lost the hairstyles, but their all there, and i tried switching the hair but the sims are still bald. the ones that came with the game and expansion packs work, but no other ones work. how can i get them to work?
