Default Sony Vaio vs. Macbook Pro?
Which is better? The Sony Vaio 17 Inch AR series or the Macbook Pro 17 inch notebook? Whats the difference in weight? Thanks.

Macbook Pro 17 gets my vote! To me though, both Apple & Sony 17" are heavy. But you may have to go to both websites to get down to the differences in ounces.

Do not buy a sony i know there sexy but they ear plagued with problems the only reason they still sell computers is there image. I have access to the sony forum and it's depressing how many faults they develop. I own an fe21 vgn ,which cost £1200 2yrs ago, and now its got so many little faults to be fixed that i'm gonna struggle to give it away , as i'm buying an m1330 dell.

Why do you want such a big laptop,there so annoying to carry about cos the bag ends up making it even bigger.
