I am buying a Macbook and not sure which to get. I will be using it to write papers for school, watch movies, and other simple things like that. I don't care much about gaming: the only games I will play are things from the App Store like Angry Birds or something. I LOVE the Air and want to get it but my friends tell me I will be disappointed with it. The movies I will watch are going to be downloaded from iTunes, not played off a CD, so not having a drive isn't bad news for me. 128 GB is enough for me on the air, and I would like to upgrade the memory to 4 GB. I would also get Microsoft office preinstalled.

so is the air enough for me? price doesnt matter. please do not tell me to buy a PC because I have my mind set on a mac.
overheating? does it get hot fast?
