Unable to connect to Internet using Macbook Pro?
Calling all Mac users,
I just purchased a 13" MacBook Pro the other day.
I am trying to connect to the Internet at home but I am unable to, despite the fact that the system shows that I am in fact connected to the Wi-Fi.
When I try to go on Safari, it tells me I am not connected to the Internet.
I have an HP laptop and an iPhone which are both connected to the same network, and the Internet works perfectly on them.
I have been messing around with my computer for over an hour, and everything I have tried has failed.
When I go to "Network Diagnostics" and look at the left hand side it tells me:
Wi-fi = Green light
Wi-Fi Settings = Green light
Network Settings = Yellow light
ISP = Green light
Internet = Red light (failed)
Server = Red light (failed)
Your help is greatly appreciated.
