Have been searching and searching for an answer, but nothing has helped so far. Works fine in OS, but otherwise, no audio. I do have a genuine, fully update version of Windows 7 as well. Also worth noting: the headphones jack is lit up red. The only solution apple had was to make sure Service Pack One was installed, and it is. Any advice or solution?
