I have an upgrade today and I have finished researching for a while. I understand a lot about both phones and will give you guys a short summary of what I have learned.

Screen color and Resolution- Iphone
Size- Razr is bigger and thinner
Ease of use- Iphone
Cameras and battery- relatively the same.
Music- Iphone
4G LTE- Razr, MAJOR FACTOR
Internal storage- for the same price, same storage.
Processor- Razr
OS- Iphone is apparently more stable, however, droid will hopefully update to ice cream sandwich.

Correct me if I am wrong or said something stupid.

Give me a definitive answer for this and please try to be unbiased!

I have only gotten biased answers.
I am in a 4G LTE Market. And I do like the larger screen, I have tested out both phones and am leaning towards the Razr just a little unsure if I should dish out the 250 i need to buy it. (Yes it's 250 for me.)
