I got the new Iphone 4S for Christmas and I'm not totally sure how to use some of the functions. I really dislike Apple products and really would have preferred a Blackberry, but hey at least I have a phone lol.

I'm not totally sure about the 'apps' thing. So when it asks you to sign up for an Apple Account when you're in the apps tab, it says you need to sign up so it's billed to that account. So does that just mean for the apps that cost money? It doesn't cost to have an account right?

Also, I'll have to check, because I'm not sure how much data usage I have on it, but when you go on youtube and (it's just on the home screen) stuff that's counted as using data right? I just don't want to run up a huge data bill. I probably sound like I'm some 50 year old trying to figure this thing out, but if there's anything other things that I shouldn't do so I don't have a huge bill I'd like to know. Thanks!! :P
