im a father of a 13 year old boy.

should i get him a IPHONE 4S Unlocked for around - 700$ and pay monthly 80$ OR
Ezip 500 nice electric scooters- pretty fast, charging system, great for transportation

what should i get him.

Iphone 4s- 700$ and 80$ monthly

OR

Ezip 500 electric scooter-- 260$

Need a answer no pros or cons
