I went through a nasty divorce and my ex has everything in his possession except my iphone that he put a passcode on and i cant figure it out. I have nothing that even shows im the owner of it and honestly its not even worth going back to his house to try to get anything. Apple wont help me because he reported it stolen and neither will at&t since i supposedly called them and canceled my service(i did not) so im stuck with a brand new iphone 4s that i cant even use or try to use. I tried restoring it in recovery mode but im using a different computer and it wont let me. Just want to know if anyone can help before i toss it in the trash
