Do all dvd/blu ray releases come on iTunes or Apple tv?

I really want to buy Toy Story and Toy story 2 when they are re-released this month. I don't currently have a bluray player, but I'm planning on getting one. It's okay because it comes in the combo pack so I can still watch the DVD. I have a apple tv, but I dont see it on iTunes. If it was on iTunes, I would buy it on HD. Can you tell me if it will be on itunes soon?
