Should I get a google tv or apple tv or 15" HDMI cord?
Im wondering if I should get add a smart tv box to my old tv or just buy a HDMI cord to plug into it and connect it to my laptop that's a good 14 feet away. The main reason I would like to do this is because I have a netflix subscription, but I can only watch stuff on my laptop.
Is it worth to go and spend 100(+) for a smart tv? I am only considering it because of two reasons. Dragging a cord through my dorm is very messy (its a small dorm). Using my laptop while watching tv will interfere with my settings (while it won't kill me to go back and forth, im lazy).
