I already tried GIMP. won't download. :[ and i have a pretty new computer. so i dont know what the problem is. i need HELP!

GIMP should work fine, i downloaded it on my MacBook with OS X. I dont know any others though!

Really good ones? No. But for not much at all (like 50 bucks for example) you could own a copy of photoshop lite.

There comes a point when coughing up a few bucks is worth it.
