Default How do you burn photos onto a disk from a mac?

Hi.
I have a mac intel core 2 duo gen. 2
I have my father's entire photo library, and it is crucial that I get them to him, since he lost all of the ones on his computer.
I wish to burn them onto disk.
However, I cannot understand how to do that with iPoho.
Please tell me how to do this.
I think that knowing where the ipoho library file is located would help me.
I heard something about being able to take those photos, copy them somewhere else, and then burning them onto disk from there.
A note- I need them in .gif or .jpeg or something format, not ipoho slideshow or anything, so that my dad(who has a pc...WINDOWS) can copy them onto his computer.
Thank you.
First person who gives me the correct steps to take gets chosen best answer
