My iTouch 3g is jailbroken, but one side of the speaker does not work. I haven't bought a warranty because my friend sold it to me, new and unopened. Can I give it back to Apple and have them fix it or will they deny it because it's jailbroken? If so, is there a way I can revert my iTouch back to its original state and give it back to Apple?
