My iphone is stuck on the apple screen. I tried connecting it to itunes like many suggest and restoring it from there but it isnt giving me the option of restoring it from backup. It only says i can restore it normally meaning all my data will be lost (pics apps etc). I really dont want this to happen does anyone have any alternative as to how i can fix this?
