im having problems with my ipod video (classic - 5th generation), when i try to update my ipod, the songs can be updated but not the videos... there is also a pop up which shows that it cannot update my ipod because it cannot find the files or something... also, i cannot update my ipod to the newer version because it says that there is a connection error or something to do with the settings... what should i do? i am not a techie person and don't know much about these stuffs so i could really use some help... please...

also, how do i know or detect if my ipod has viruses?
