Recently my iTouch has been glitching whenever I listen to music or when I am on any app, it closes every 2 minutes.. When I listen to music, it stops in the middle of the song.

Another problem is I can't find any of my music on my iTunes library, I see on my files and none of the songs have been found. And maybe i thought if i should restore my ipod everything would be back to normal .. But for some reason it isn't restoring, A message pops up saying " The iPod "______" could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the request build."
I've tried several times..
Do you have any idea what's wrong with it, why things are glitching, and How i can restore it?! I need your answer asap, thanks.
