hey guys... I have an itouch 3g (mc model) running on ios 4.0. I recently tried to jailbreak using the site jailbreakme.com but it completely fails... when i slide to jailbreak, it simply pauses on the purple screen for around 2 seconds, then reverts back to the home screen and doesn't jailbreak... before you suggest it, yes I have tried using jailbreakme.modmyi.com, I have deleted history cookies and cleared the cache. i have turned off the pop up blocker and even tried restarting the device before doing it... it simply does not work.... i have also tried on several different wifi networks, so it's not that either... any help would be much appreciated... kthnxbai....
