When I hold down the rewind or fast forward button, the song starts playing from the beginning even though the time bar on the ipod says other wise.

For example, I would listen to Halo by Beyonce and my favorite part is at 3:30 mins. Instead of listening to the beginning parts, I would try to fast forward to 3:30. However when I try, the songs keeps repeating the beginning even though the time bar isn't near the beginning of the song.

Please, help would be apreciated.
