Default Best way to video conference w/ family? (Mac & PC)?

What is a good program to use? The Mac has a built in camera, and the PC has a little clip-on camera from Wal-Mart. What are the next steps for me (Mac) and my parents (the PC)?

Thanks!

Skype works for both Mac and PC, and between Skype users, it's free.

There is a program called "Skype". It is free and does audio/video/text chat all in one.

If you like, you can place PC to Phone calls with it too, but you have to buy credits for that. The conferencing and chat features are free though.
