Default on a mac, how do i reduce the size in MB of a video?
I made a video that turned out to be 364 MB, but to submit it into the contest it has to be 100 MB, how can i do this?

I realize that i have to reduce the quality, or change the format, but can you give me detailed instructions on how to do that?
