Hi, I'm Kevin, I am having problems lately, with my iPod. I got it a couple days ago and its just fine, I can music and everything. I had put some videos from iTunes, I bought them. Anyways, I decided to get some from youtube, so I went to a youtube converter and converted a video into a MP4. So, it said I had to have Quicktime Pro or something. I did not care so I just put the video in my desktop and draged into the iTunes thing, but I put Sync Kevin's iPod, I did but the video was not there. What should I do? Please help.
