i have a macbook with a webcam, and sometimes when i go to video chat, it will not work. it mainly happens with window users, but sometimes with mac users too. it will say that the other person declined (when they didnt) if i send the request. and if the other person sends it, it says that it timed out and i can send an error report. can u please tell me how i can stop and/or fix this?
