i posted this question because i have looked for a free 3gp video converter for a few days, and i finally found one that worked. I want to help people in the future who are looking for this, I got the Aimersoft Video Converter.

Although the free version says "Evaluation Copy" in the middle of the video, it is barely noticable while watching the video. I have the sony ericsson W580i Walkman

and all i do is plug my phone into my computer, open up the file "phone card" and place the converted video into the folder "video".
