Can anyone please help? I really need it.

I have an iPod Nano Chromatic.

Any video will go onto iTunes, but that doesn't mean it will let you put it onto your iPod(Duh Right!). The best way to convert videos so that they can go onto your iPod is to download iPod Videora. It is fairly simple. Just download the program then select the file you want to convert. And once it is done just select the converted file put it on itunes and the put it on your iPod.
