Default "iTunes Cannot Run because some of its required files are missing. Please Reinstall

iTunes"? I've searched everywhere. Haven't had any luck. Everytime I try to open itunes it says "iTunes Cannot Run because some of its required files are missing. Please Reinstall iTunes" I've managed to get it installed and working twice but after it was closed and when you tried to reopen it again it gave the same error message. I installed tuneup utilities and it had asked to change one of I tunes settings or to delete something but I uninstalled the program since. I've tried to undo the changes as well but didn't know how to. Any ideas? Thanks
