Default data recovery on mac os x lion?

I have 3 partitions on my hard drive. The first is where i installed mac os x lion, the second is data, and the third is the installation source of mac os x lion. when i deleted the 3rd partition, It group the 2nd and 3rd into 1 partition and cannot be mounted or read, only format. and i have to format it to mount it back. Now my data is lost and I leave the new partition untouched, is there any chance to recover it and what software to use? thanks

Yes, you can still recover the lost data and even lost or deleted volumes with Stellar Phoenix Mac data recovery software. The software has an in-built feature of 'Search Lost/Deleted Volumes' where it scans hard drive and other mass storage devices for lost and deleted volumes. This particular feature of Mac data recovery software scans each and every sector of drive to search lost or deleted volumes. It also searches volumes that failed to mount.

Download it free of cost from the website and it will preview the deleted files. But to recover the files or partitions you must purchase it.
