Some keyboards (mostly laptops) have a function command where you press a special function button and then another, and that will do a variety of things (to eject on my laptop, its Fn (function) + F10). Other than that, it's really dependent on the keyboard you have. Standard ones don't, but my non-standard one does.

On most standard keyboards there wont be a button specifically for that, but on specialty keyboards there most likely would be (and ones where you can bind a macro to the keyboard, you could make one yourself although, if you can reach the cd drive, whats the point in wasting a button just to open it when there is one on the drive itself?)
