Default Do Mac computers have a normal speaker port?
I want to buy a friend a set of speakers, but she has a mac and I was just wondering if any set would be compatible with it. Thanks.

They have a headphone port that can work as a speaker port. You can adjust the volume in the Preferences-Sounds panel. (Click on the apple logo in the upper left hand corner- System Preferences - Sound)

Same mini jack that all machines have.

You can adjust the speakers from the volume keys on the keyboard.
